Email Notifications
Vanilla handles the implementation of custom text for invitation or welcome emails. Just provide this to your CSM, Shauna, either formatted in Word, or with HTML, and I will handle the proper implementation. Please refer to the Manual attached to this discussion for details.
You are responsible for the HTML styling set up, and the outgoing email information.
- Set up HTML email styles and Outgoing Email settings
- Set up outgoing email address
- E-mail your CSM any required changes to default settings or verbiage shauna.csm@vanillaforums.com
SPF Records
Also, know that our emails are sent via a 3rd party transactional email service that employs a full time postmaster and ensures that their sending IP addresses are always in good standing with ISPs. If notifications are not getting through your corporate email server, add "include:sendgrid.net" to the domain SPF record.
